Inspired by the healing powers of Mother Nature, this collection studies the delicate balance between anxiety and quietude through mindfulness.
A sophisticated enso circle, emulating the wisdom of trees, stands boldly in front of an abstract setting, deliberately messy to channel stress while embracing the concept of wabi-sabi: beauty in imperfection and chaos. Gold kintsugi-inspired lines permeate the painting as a symbol of healing and strength - the battle scars of coming to the other end of challenging times. Finding stillness in the wild, in the chaos, and in the overwhelmingness, the essence of this collection is about discovering mindful moments of calm, joy and gratitude in times of difficulty.
